Go back to the 20th floor and back through the door, then go straight down till the grass won't let you go any further and press the SE direction on your touch screen. Use the BOA spell there and you should find a Sealing Orb. Keep going in and out until you have no more magic, then use the fruits and stock up until you can't hold anymore items.
